Our client is a rapidly growing company in the health and wellness industry, focused on helping individuals optimize their health through advanced testing, personalized wellness programs, and ongoing support.
They are seeking a Business Development Representative to engage with prospective clients, qualify leads, and help individuals get started with health optimization services.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, health, and helping people improve their lives while earning strong commission income.
Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls (200 per day) to follow up with leads and generate new opportunities
Send outbound messages weekly and maintain consistent communication with prospects
Qualify leads and schedule consultations with Wellness Advisors
Assist customers with purchasing wellness services and testing
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot & Salesforce)
Document all client interactions and manage your sales pipeline
Participate in ongoing training and sales development
What We're Looking For
1+ years of sales experience (health, wellness, or medical industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up
Organized and able to manage leads in CRM systems
Positive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset
Compensation 48k Base salary + uncapped commission
Top performers in this role can earn $120,000+ in their first year.
Additional Details
High school diploma or GED required
Occasional travel for events may be required
Some evening or weekend availability may be needed
