Be a Team Member Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, mentors new technicians, and develops interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
Be an Expert Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring systems), product specifications, seasonal considerations, and Point of Sale systems, phone, and in‑person selling techniques.
Be a Techie Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Utilizes handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to services, safety alerts, product information, product application, and training.
Be an Owner Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead, tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, maintains accurate inventory and audit standards, reports safety hazards, completes paperwork, logs, and other documentation, ensures merchandise is packaged, labeled and stored per policy, assists members with purchasing decisions, and resolves issues.
Be a Talent Ambassador Acts as a brand advocate by valuing the member experience, modelling high‑quality service, influencing and inspiring others through respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style, understanding roadblocks, and assisting in training peers.
Compliance & Integrity Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Uses the Open Door Policy to address concerns and integrates these actions into business processes.
Work Execution Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources. Collaborates with managers and coworkers to identify priorities, set deadlines, communicate progress, and recommend improvements.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00*; the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
Auto service industry experience.
Retail experience.
