Senior Brand Strategist About the Company

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Strategist to help define and scale the narrative architecture that brings the company’s positioning to life.
Job Summary The Senior Brand Strategist will own the translation of strategic positioning into compelling brand narrative, emotional territory, and scalable creative platforms. This role sits within the Creative organization and operates at the intersection of Product Marketing, Research, and Creative execution. You will help shape the Brand North Star and ensure it is expressed consistently and distinctively across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints. You are both strategic and narrative-driven — able to turn positioning into story systems that drive memorability, differentiation, and performance.
Responsibilities Lead Narrative Architecture
Translate positioning into cohesive brand narratives and belief systems
Define emotional territory and brand worldview
Establish voice and tone principles that guide storytelling
Build Creative Platforms
Develop scalable creative platforms rooted in the Brand North Star
Define campaignable story territories and thematic directions
Ensure narrative consistency across major initiatives
Shape Campaign Strategy
Partner with Creative Directors, writers, and designers to guide campaign development
Distill strategic inputs into compelling creative briefs
Define the core tension, insight, and emotional angle for key work
Drive Brand Impact
Partner with research and performance teams to identify patterns in effective storytelling
Help evolve platforms based on creative effectiveness insights
Ensure brand differentiation is visible and consistent across touchpoints
Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or similar roles
Experience building brand platforms or long-term campaign systems
Strong storytelling and writing ability — able to articulate narrative clearly and convincingly
Comfort working with research and performance data to inform creative direction
Ability to collaborate across Product Marketing, Creative, and Growth teams
A point of view on what makes brands distinctive in an AI-accelerated world
Success in This Role
A clearly articulated Brand North Star narrative system
Distinct creative platforms that differentiate the company in market
Campaigns that consistently ladder back to strategic positioning
Improved creative effectiveness and brand recall
