The Senior Marketing Project Manager will drive annual and quarterly planning, oversee campaign production, optimize workflows, and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality. As the central point of contact for marketing operations, this leader will partner cross-functionally with executive stakeholders and internal teams to prioritize high-impact initiatives, streamline processes, and integrate innovative technologies. The Senior Marketing Project Manager will also play a key role in firm-wide transformation initiatives, including digital marketing expansion, CRM enhancements, and rebranding efforts. This position requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and lead the marketing operating rhythm, including annual budget planning and quarterly campaign planning.

Design and manage the centralized intake process for marketing requests.

Facilitate prioritization sessions to align resources with the highest-impact initiatives.

Monitor campaign progress, identify risks, and proactively adjust plans to ensure timely delivery.

Design, implement, and continuously optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and ensure flawless execution.

Integrate new technologies into the production pipeline to drive automation and operational excellence.

Serve as the central point of contact for marketing, building strong relationships with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Maintain the master calendar and provide executive-level reporting on campaign health, project status, budget performance, and resource utilization.

Support firm-wide transformation initiatives, including digital marketing, client relationships, thought leadership campaigns, and market expansion programs.

Partner with paid media, search, social, design, legal, and business teams to drive campaign development and launch.

Lead project management efforts for the firm’s rebrand initiative, ensuring seamless execution across marketing, business development, communications, and client-facing touchpoints.

Own the annual marketing production planning process and relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Champion change management practices to drive adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

Track and synthesize post-launch learnings to improve speed, collaboration, and campaign impact.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Marketing Planning (preferably within digital marketing, technology, or agency environments).

At least 3 years of experience managing marketing budgets.

Demonstrated experience using project management tools (Monday, Jira).

Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Experience leading marketing transformation initiatives.

Experience managing large-scale brand or rebrand projects.

Background in professional services, financial services, or similarly regulated industries.

Experience navigating complex compliance review cycles.

Tech-forward and AI-savvy with experience implementing marketing automation tools.

Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving action.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Strategic thinker with a highly creative, forward-looking approach.

Demonstrated ability to streamline marketing production and creative workflows.

Compensation & Benefits This role offers a competitive base salary along with a comprehensive benefits package. Salary ranges for U.S.-based positions are determined by geographic location and fall into one of three pay zones, which reflect the cost of labor in that area. The anticipated salary ranges for this position are outlined below and are subject to change:

$64,748.00 - $130,785.00
