Our client is seeking a Social Media Content Specialist to join their growing team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is responsible for developing engaging social media content, managing brand presence across platforms, and driving audience engagement through thoughtful strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

Create and execute social media content that aligns with brand strategy and drives growth and engagement.

Manage day-to-day social media activity, including content scheduling, responding to comments and direct messages, monitoring reviews, and supporting reputation management.

Edit social media videos and collaborate with cross-functional teams on content initiatives.

Develop and maintain content calendars and coordinate collaborations across platforms.

Monitor social trends, platform best practices, and emerging opportunities to keep content fresh and relevant.

Work occasional off‑hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Position Qualifications

Education

Preferred:

Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Experience

3+ years of social media and community management experience.

Preferred Experience:

3+ years of related experience.

Bilingual ability to speak and write in Spanish.

Direct Selling experience.

Strong ability to collaborate within a team while fulfilling individual responsibilities.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to anticipate obstacles and plan effectively.

Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities and skill in providing creative solutions.

Positive energy and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Relationship‑focused, with the ability to influence and create positive stakeholder experiences.

Experience using social media management tools.

Understanding of digital marketing tactics including social, community management, content marketing, and email.

Clear and effective written communication; strong writing skills with familiarity in AP Style.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficient decision‑making capabilities and sound judgment.

Knowledge of digital analytics and ability to translate data into insights.

Ability to craft compelling stories using data.

Proactive, resourceful, reliable, and flexible, with consistent on‑time delivery.

Availability for domestic and international travel to support company events and content creation as needed.

Competency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Calendly.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
