Technical Staffing Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Executive with proven experience in technical staffing to join our growing team in Colorado. This role is ideal for someone who understands the local talent market, has strong connections within Colorado’s technology community, and thrives in a performance-based environment.

You will be responsible for developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and driving revenue growth by delivering high-quality technical staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business within Colorado.

Identify, target, and secure new clients in industries such as technology, healthcare IT, aerospace, financial services, and manufacturing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement teams.

Present and sell contract and direct-hire technical staffing services.

Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and successfully fulfilled.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to contract negotiation and account management.

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and CRM updates.

Stay current on Colorado market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical staffing sales (finance, IT, engineering, software, cybersecurity, data, cloud, etc.).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.

Established network within Colorado’s business and technology community.

Strong understanding of contract staffing, permanent placement, and managed services models.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong time management skills.

Must be locally based in Colorado and available for in-person client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Familiarity with industries prominent in Colorado (technology startups, aerospace, defense, fintech, healthcare tech).

Experience working with MSP/VMS environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
