About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director to lead the origination, client strategy, and senior-level execution of digital infrastructure asset-backed lending. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the origination of new ABS and secured financing opportunities within the digital infrastructure ecosystem. This includes leading relationships with various digital infrastructure entities and private equity sponsors. The Director will also be tasked with shaping platform strategy, influencing risk appetite, and leading complex structuring efforts across large-scale secured financing transactions. Senior client engagement, particularly with C-suite teams, and oversight of credit analysis and structuring of financing solutions are key aspects of the role.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in ABS lending, digital infrastructure finance, project finance, or specialty finance, with a deep understanding of digital infrastructure asset classes. A proven track record in origination or the ability to build senior relationships in the sector is essential, as is strong structuring experience in large, complex secured financing transactions. The role requires the ability to influence internal stakeholders, exceptional communication, and negotiation skills, and experience in high-level committee settings. The Director will also be expected to drive strategic initiatives for the ABS digital infrastructure business, collaborate with capital markets teams, and oversee performance management for an active portfolio. Mentoring and developing junior bankers and representing the company at industry events are additional responsibilities.
