About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of preserving and promoting the history and culture of Wethersfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of all operations, including fund development, institutional communications, and program management. Key priorities for the role include closely managing finances, increasing resources, and building strong community relationships.
