Responsibilities
Work with customers to develop solutions within our product and service offering that best meet their needs.
Coordinate with the outside sales force on customer requests, market demands, and emerging trends.
Collaborate cross‑departmentally to develop custom applications and solutions.
Follow up with customers regarding active quotations and existing orders.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all the products CX‑WA USA offers and the applications in which they are used.
Determine product needs and develop parts and systems quotations in response to customer requests.
Provide technical information, such as drawings, related to quotations and customer requests.
Stay abreast of major quotations and work with outside sales to position Conductix‑Wampfler to win business.
Handle day‑to‑day customer requests, including providing price and availability, and determining the status of quotes, orders, and shipments.
Enter customer complaints or concerns immediately and initiate involvement of technical personnel for complex issues.
Generate Engineering Requests for activities such as new part numbers and bills of materials.
Maintain project status in the CRM to ensure timely processing and robust customer support.
Update customer records in Navpoint during and after interactions.
Reschedule orders with manufacturing and support Quality and EHS policy.
Uphold company core values.
Qualifications
1‑3 years of experience in project estimating, sales, and customer support.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings.
Comfortable engaging via telephone, virtual platform, and in‑person.
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training.
Strong mathematical skills – capacity to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, gross margin, and percentages.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures.
No required certificates, licenses, or registrations.
