What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Administer and maintain HRIS, providing technical support and troubleshooting for system users
Identify and implement process enhancements and system optimizations
Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for HRIS functions
Generate reports and perform data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate on HRIS-related projects, providing expertise and support to cross-functional teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working with Workday
Experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Absence, and Reporting
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Familiarity with data auditing, integrations, and support ticket management
Strong organizational and project management skills
