Director of Human Resources . This is a
DIRECT HIRE
opportunity which requires in-office work. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.
Responsibilities
Manage strategic oversight for company's HR functions
Collaborate with leadership to define staffing and retention objectives
Lead the implementation of HR policies and processes
Monitorlegal compliance of HR initiatives
Oversee compensation, performance, and benefit
Analyze trends in the organization to enhance HR strategies
Recommend and implement HR process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration REQUIRED
Healthcare experience isREQUIRED
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred
Must be proficient in HRIS systems
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must maintain confidentiality
Must be approachable by all levels of employees
Must be motivated to identify areas of improvement and find solutions
Must have a stable work history
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
