Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. The Commercial Escrow Assistant plays a critical role in supporting a fast‑paced commercial escrow operation, ensuring transactions move smoothly from opening to closing. This position requires exceptional organization, accuracy, and follow‑through, with an emphasis on providing an elevated client experience in a high‑volume environment. In this role, you will manage documentation, maintain electronic escrow files, coordinate with internal and external parties, and uphold all company and regulatory compliance standards. You’ll assist with multi‑party complex commercial transactions, track key milestones, and proactively communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and team members to keep every deal moving forward. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, juggles competing deadlines with ease, and delivers top‑tier customer service even when the workflow is heavy. Sharp attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to accuracy are essential for success in this role. Qualifications

Knowledge of Title, Escrow and Closings processes Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and other stakeholders Notary certification or the ability to obtain certification as required Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in handling sensitive and confidential information Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast‑paced environment Experience in title, escrow, or real estate industries preferred
