Key Responsibilities
Source and recruit skilled trades, production staff, and engineering professionals for manufacturing operations.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer negotiation.
Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top manufacturing talent.
Maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing roles.
Utilize and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
Represent the company at industry-specific job fairs and community recruitment events.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Demonstrated ability to source, screen, and hire for a diverse range of manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, maintenance, quality).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical jargon, and operational environments.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Familiarity with manufacturing-specific HRIS/ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
Multilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce.
