Customer Service Representative

in

Southeast Texas

to support customers by building strong relationships and promoting parts, service, and rental solutions. **Candidates must have experience in the Material Handling / Forklift industries** This role is ideal for an energetic, customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to overall business growth. Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, greeting visitors and handling incoming service calls Understand customer equipment issues and help guide next steps for service or repair Assist in growing and maintaining a strong customer base through responsive service and follow-up Coordinate with technicians to assess service needs and provide accurate estimates and timelines Work closely with the parts department to support service and repair activities Keep customers informed on repair status, changes, costs, and completion timelines Create and manage work orders, document approvals, and review billing for accuracy Educate customers on maintenance options, warranty coverage, and available service or parts solutions Support both in-office and occasional field-based customer interactions Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications

1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an equipment, rental, or related industry Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multitask effectively Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment or material handling products Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems preferred Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused High school diploma or equivalent Equal Opportunity Employer All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
