Customer Service Representative

Are you an experienced customer service professional with great communication skills and a knack for troubleshooting? Join our Wholesale team for a temporary, remote Customer Service Representative opportunity!

Position Details

Remote position with equipment pickup and occasional office visits required at Port Washington (must be within 1-hour commute)

English Pay: $17.50/hr | French Bilingual Pay: $20.00/hr

Contract: Temporary

Must pass: Internet speed test (speedtest.net), prescreen questions, and background screening

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls and process customer orders

Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot technical issues, especially related to electrical/equipment support

Document and track customer interactions

Follow up regarding order status, shipping, and availability

Maintain high service standards and strong communication skills (phone & email)

Work with Luxottica products and services

Qualifications

High school diploma required1+ year customer service, hospitality, or call center experience

Confident and professional phone manner

Strong communicator (verbal & written), excellent listener

Tech-savvy with solid computer skills (MS Office; Word & Excel; able to navigate web-based tools)

Comfortable with troubleshooting steps; IT/help desk or technical support experience is a plus

Team player with strong time management skills

Preferred

Experience with SAP

Optical industry background

Bilingual French speakers encouraged to apply!

Important: Equipment pickup required at Port Washington office (2 visits)

Not practical for candidates living more than 1 hour from the site
