We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Screen Printer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in manual and/or automatic screen printing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent print quality while meeting production deadlines. This role involves preparing screens, mixing inks, operating printing equipment, and ensuring quality control throughout the printing process.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and maintain manual or automatic screen printing presses.
Prepare screens including coating, exposing, reclaiming, and taping.
Mix inks to match specified colors and maintain consistency across production runs.
Load garments or materials and ensure correct placement and alignment.
Monitor print quality and make adjustments to maintain high production standards.
Perform quality checks during and after printing.
Maintain and clean screens, squeegees, presses, and other equipment.
Troubleshoot printing issues such as misregistration, ink flow, or curing problems.
Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with other production tasks such as folding, packing, or heat pressing when needed.
Qualifications
2+ years of screen printing experience in a production environment.
Experience with manual and/or automatic presses.
Strong understanding of screen preparation, ink mixing, and registration.
Ability to identify and correct print defects.
Knowledge of different garment types and printing techniques.
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production setting.
Preferred Skills
Experience with multicolor printing and simulated process prints.
Familiarity with plastisol and water‑based inks.
Knowledge of exposure units, flash dryers, and conveyor dryers.
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of screen printing equipment.
