AtWork Personnel is looking for experienced Screen Printers to join a high-volume heat transfer printing plant. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with screen preparation, ink mixing, and operating heat transfer presses to produce high-quality prints on textiles and other materials. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Screen Preparation & Setup: Coat, burn, and reclaim screens to ensure optimal printing quality. Printing Operations: Operate manual and automatic screen‑printing presses for heat transfer applications. Ink Mixing & Color Matching: Prepare and mix inks to achieve accurate colors, adjusting consistency for optimal print quality. Quality Control: Inspect printed materials for defects, ensuring proper registration, color accuracy, and adhesion. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve printing issues, clean and maintain equipment, and ensure the work area remains organized. Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1‑2 years of screen‑printing experience, preferably in a heat‑transfer printing environment. Technical Skills: Knowledge of screen coating, exposure units, ink types, squeegee selection, and press adjustments. Attention to Detail: Strong eye for color accuracy, print alignment, and overall quality control. Work Ethic: Self‑motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Hours
1st Shift Mon‑Fri 6:00am‑2:30pm – $16/hour 2nd Shift Mon‑Fri 2:00pm‑10:30pm – $16.50/hour 3rd Shift Mon‑Fri 10:00pm‑6:30am – $17/hour
