Base salary and incentive compensation ($70,000 - $85,000).
Travel expectations - based at Virginia Beach, VA office + 10% local travel

Responsibilities
Making outbound prospecting calls Meeting with business leaders to discuss their workforce and talent objectives Familiarity with the GSA Schedule and associated Regulations Uncover partnerships and create teaming arrangements with Government Contractors Primes Conduct IT and Leadership Assessments Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred. Minimum of three years’ experience in professional sales and marketing, preferably working experience with Department of Defense (DoD), military and other federal government bids Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or SalesForce CRM. High level of professionalism, diplomacy and tact Skills
Ability to effectively use CRM Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a fast paced environment. Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work effectively both independently as well as part of a team. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Effective oral and written communication skills. Self-starting with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.
