What Impact Will You Make?
As Commercial Lead – Netherlands, you will drive the overall commercial success of our portfolio in the Dutch market. You will shape the go-to-market strategy, accelerate revenue growth, and ensure sustainable patient access by integrating sales execution with strong market access and health economic foundations. You will play a critical leadership role in positioning our solutions with healthcare providers, payers, and strategic stakeholders—ensuring both commercial performance and long-term value within the Dutch healthcare system.
What Will You Do?
Own and execute the Netherlands commercial strategy, aligning sales, access, and value messaging
Drive revenue growth and market expansion through strong customer engagement and account development
Lead key relationships with hospitals, physician leaders, purchasing groups, health insurers, and policy stakeholders
Develop compelling value propositions grounded in healthcare economics, epidemiology, quality of life data, and clinical research
Translate clinical and economic evidence into clear, differentiated commercial messaging
Guide pricing and reimbursement strategy, including HTA submissions and budget impact analyses
Identify growth opportunities across segments and optimize channel strategy
Partner cross-functionally with Medical, Regulatory, and Global teams to ensure aligned execution
Monitor healthcare policy, competitive activity, and reimbursement developments within the Dutch landscape
How Will You Get There?
Strong commercial acumen with experience driving growth in the Dutch healthcare market
Solid knowledge of healthcare economics, epidemiology, quality of life measurement, and clinical research methodology
Experience navigating the Dutch reimbursement and HTA environment
Ability to balance sales performance with evidence-based access strategy
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial understanding
Confident communicator and relationship builder with senior stakeholders
Leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Fluent in Dutch and English
