Position Overview A leading global consumer brand is seeking a

Sales Analyst

to support its Convenience & Gas (C&G) channel team. This role will focus on delivering data-driven insights, analyzing sales performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across key national accounts. The Sales Analyst will serve as a key resource for sales data and reporting, partnering closely with leadership to help drive execution of retailer and national business plans.

This is a fast-paced, analytical role ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, translating insights into actionable recommendations, and supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Perform complex sales analyses using multiple reports and data sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the sales team

Deliver ad hoc analysis under tight deadlines to support key account leaders and business decisions

Assist with monthly reporting in collaboration with Finance and Business Insights teams

Develop fact-based presentations to support sales initiatives and national account strategies

Support internal communication platforms including sales meetings, reporting updates, and presentations

Serve as a key internal resource for sales data and account insights

Build strong working relationships across internal teams and with key customers

Project Management

Lead and support projects impacting the Convenience & Gas channel landscape for assigned accounts

Manage project timelines and deliverables tied to growth initiatives

Assist with strategic projects such as territory expansion analysis and business case development

Tracking & Reporting

Develop and maintain best-practice reporting tools for weekly and monthly updates

Create templates, dashboards, and executive summaries to track key initiatives and sales performance

Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting across the organization

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the

Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)

industry preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex sales data

Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to both internal teams and external partners

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong customer-service mindset and ability to collaborate with teams at all levels, from field sales to executive leadership

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

required
