Inside Sales Specialist

Join a growing manufacturing company as an Inside Sales Specialist, supporting customers while working closely with sales, production, and logistics.
What You’ll Do:
Support sales leadership with customer coordination and reporting
Serve as the internal contact for assigned customer accounts
Manage RFQs, customer requests, and internal workflows
Prepare sales, inventory, forecast, and delivery reports
Partner with logistics and production teams on inventory and forecast changes
Maintain customer portals and account documentation
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
Proficient in Excel
Detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable in a fast‑moving setting
Customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
5+ years of manufacturing industry knowledge
3+ years in inside sales or customer‑facing roles
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
