We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who loves organization, thrives on details, and enjoys keeping a lot of moving pieces running smoothly behind the scenes. Important: What This Role Requires
This role supports major retail accounts and requires experience working with retailer systems and vendor documentation. To be successful in this position, candidates should have experience with: Retailer portals or vendor systems Item setup or retailer documentation Supporting sales teams in CPG or retail environments Experience working with Dollar General processes or requirements is strongly preferred. Retailer item setup & documentation Coordinate product samples with U.S. and China teams Create sales presentations for line reviews and customer meetings Develop planograms (POGs) and merchandising proposals In short: you’ll help ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our sales team can focus on building strong customer relationships. WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
Has 3+ years supporting sales teams in CPG, retail, or a similar environment Has experience with retailer portals, vendor documentation, or item setup Is extremely organized and great at juggling multiple priorities Is comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and timelines Is confident using Excel and PowerPoint Bonus points for experience with: Dollar General processes or vendor requirements Walmart Retail Link, 1010 Data, or Scintilla Dollar Tree or Family Dollar portals WHEN WE HIT THE ROAD
Occasional travel may be required to support customer meetings, line reviews, store visits, and internal team collaboration. Travel may include air travel and overnight stays depending on customer and business needs. This role will involve purchasing, transporting, or shipping product samples. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required. WHAT WE OFFER
