Because at the end of the day our goal is to help our partners businesses run better.**Position Summary**The Sales Engineer (SE) plays a critical role in supporting the sales and integrations teams by driving technical success in complex solution sales. Acting as a bridge between sales, operations, engineering, and technical support, the SE ensures that proposed solutions meet customer needs and are backed by key technical stakeholders. This role includes on-site support during new client implementations, providing hands-on technical expertise and solution engineering. The SE assists a Senior Sales Engineer (SSE) throughout the integration and onboarding process.**Key Responsibilities*** Assist SSE with technical integration and onboarding of new clients.* Support sales team efforts by prioritizing tasks that maximize productivity and profitability.* Collaborate with customer stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet technical and business requirements.* Align solution design with business goals through close coordination with sales, operations, and integrations teams.* Secure technical commitments from customer teams to ensure successful implementation and go-live.* Develop, test, and support custom integrations for new client implementations.* Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth.* Provide coaching and technical training to sales associates to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.* Identify and pursue additional business opportunities within existing customer accounts.* Apply analytical and technical skills to deliver project objectives within scope and timeline.* Communicate project risks and issues promptly and clearly.* Manage project timelines and critical paths to meet business deadlines.* Operate effectively in a regulated environment (e.g., SOX compliance).* Perform other duties as assigned.**Experience & Education*** 1–3 years of experience in sales, sales engineering, or project management.* Strong interest in learning technical integrations and the transportation industry.* Proven analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities.* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience.**Skills & Competencies*** Customer-focused and results-driven with a passion for solving problems in payments, software, and fintech.* Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies involving APIs, SFTP, SaaS, invoicing, data solutions, and AI.* Entrepreneurial mindset with persistence, energy, and proactive approach.* Excellent communication, consultative sales, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.* Experience in the logistics industry is a plus but not required.**Work Environment*** Typical office setting with moderate noise (computers, phones, printers).* Ability to work in confined areas and sit at a computer for extended periods.* Occasional stooping or kneeling may be required.* Regular use of hands and fingers for computer and phone operations.* Specific vision requirements due to computer work.* Regular and predictable attendance is essential.**We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, 401k and much more.**Go on.
