The company offers a range of products designed for DevOps and FinOps teams responsible for managing cloud usage within organizations.**Position Overview:**We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join Zesty’s growing sales team.As the first point of contact with prospective customers, you will play a key role in building pipeline and driving company growth. This role combines inbound and outbound work, sharp discovery skills, and close collaboration with Account Executives and Marketing.You will be selling a sophisticated, technical SaaS product to engineering and cloud leaders - a solution that delivers immediate and measurable value.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop strong sales fundamentals in a high-impact, fast-growing environment.**Your ownership will include:*** Build pipeline from scratch by reaching out to high-value target accounts via calls, email, and LinkedIn.* Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into high-quality, sales-ready meetings.* Lead focused discovery calls with engineering, DevOps, and cloud leaders to understand pain points and identify fit.* Open doors to strategic accounts and create momentum for the sales team.* Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.* Own your performance metrics and consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets.#### Requirements* Fluent English, both spoken and written.* At least 1 year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a B2B sales role within a SaaS or technology company.* Hands-on experience working with CRM systems and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.* **Availability to work Monday through Friday aligned with U.S. working hours.*** Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage technical stakeholders.* Highly organized, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed targets.**Nice to Have:*** Experience selling to technical audiences such as engineers, DevOps, or cloud professionals.* Experience leading structured discovery conversations.* Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-activity environment.* Interest in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or AI-driven optimization solutions.**Why is it exciting being a Zester-**At Zesty, we're a team of driven, forward-thinkers passionate about pushing the boundaries of cloud optimization.
