Role Description We are looking for a thoughtful, socially savvy Community Management Intern to support and engage our growing digital community. This role is ideal for someone who lives on social media, understands brand voice, and enjoys building real connections with audiences.
This is not just “liking comments.” It’s about representing a brand with care, personality, and cultural awareness in real time.
Core Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, warm, and brand-aligned voice
Proactively engage with followers, creators, and brand fans
Monitor social conversations, trends, and cultural moments relevant to the brand
Identify opportunities for conversation starters and meaningful engagement
Flag customer service issues or sensitive conversations to the appropriate teams
Partner cross-functionally with customer service and marketing when needed
Support influencer and UGC outreach and relationship-building
Help coordinate product seeding and fan outreach when applicable
Pull weekly community insights and recurring feedback to share with the team
Assist with light reporting on engagement trends and community sentiment
Support routine workflows while remaining nimble for real-time opportunities
Requirements & Qualifications
Social-native and culturally aware
Strong writer with a warm, thoughtful tone
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable representing a premium/luxury brand voice
Interested in fashion, culture, and storytelling
Curious about digital marketing and social strategy
