Reporting to the Executive Vice President of International, the Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics - International plays a critical role in supporting Purpose Brands’ ongoing global expansion. This role spans the full international portfolio and is focused on delivering rigorous analysis, structured insights, and clear executive level materials to inform leadership decision making.

This role is analytical and advisory in nature, it is instrumental in ensuring executive leadership has high quality, objective, and well-structured information on which to base decisions.**Role Mandate**The Senior Manager, Strategy & Analytics - International is responsible for leading rigorous analysis, structuring insights, and preparing clear, data-driven materials to support executive decision-making. This role focuses on insight generation, synthesis, and communication rather than final decision-making authority or direct execution ownership.**Purpose/Impact (Duties & Essential Functions)****Strategic Initiatives & Executive Support*** Work closely with the Executive Vice President of International to support the identification and evaluation of strategic initiatives across existing territories and new markets.* Compile & analyse quantitative and qualitative data related to international growth opportunities, including market entry, partnerships, joint ventures, and potential acquisitions.* Establish structured analytical frameworks, timelines, and success metrics to ensure consistency and comparability across initiatives.* Serve as a central point of coordination across finance, legal, marketing, product development, operations, and local market leaders to ensure inputs are correct, complete, and decision ready.* Organise, track, and report on key initiatives, providing clear summaries of status, findings, and implications.* Support special projects and initiatives, including prototype openings of new concepts, partnerships or JVs, and business model tests, by preparing analysis and summarising results.* Present structured analysis, strategic options, and implications to the CEO and executive leadership in a clear, objective, and data-driven manner.* Support the EVP International by collating inputs from multiple sources, providing key insights, and framing considerations to enable informed leadership discussions.**Strategic Planning, Development & Communication*** Support the development and execution of the international business’s long-term strategic vision through rigorous analysis and insight generation.* Identify and evaluate growth opportunities aligned with corporate objectives, including organic growth, acquisitions, and new market entry, without direct ownership of execution or approval.* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business intelligence to inform strategic planning.* Create and maintain strategic roadmaps and analytical outputs that align with company goals and evolving market dynamics.* Prepare clear, concise executive and Board level materials, including briefing notes, presentations, dashboards, and supporting analysis.* Translate complex datasets into accessible, visually compelling narratives tailored to senior and Board-level stakeholders.* Anticipate executive questions and ensure materials are decision ready, clearly outlining options, risks, assumptions, and key considerations.* Support the EVP International in framing executive and Board discussions by providing objective analysis and structured viewpoints.**Acquisitions & Transaction Support*** Support the evaluation of potential acquisitions, minority investments, and strategic partnerships.* Prepare analytical materials and financial/strategic assessments for potential transactions.* Assist in coordinating cross-functional diligence inputs and summarising findings.* Clearly document key risks, opportunities, assumptions, and implications for executive review.* Support post evaluation tracking by helping define success metrics and summarising performance against the original strategic rationale.**Qualifications & Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred).* Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or a similarly analytical, executive facing role.* Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders with high-stakes strategic or investment decisions through rigorous analysis and clear presentation.* Strong ability to influence through clarity, structure, and insight.* Proven capability to operate effectively in complex, cross functional, and international environments.* Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information for executive audiences.* Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently.**Measures of Success*** Executives consistently receive clear, objective, and decision-ready analytical materials.* Strategic and investment discussions are informed, efficient, and well structured.* Cross-functional inputs are well coordinated, timely, and accurately reflected.* Leadership demonstrates trust in the quality,
