D&M Leasing, we are looking to hire a skilled Client Retention Specialist / BDC Representative to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have BDC or internet sales experience in a dealership.

Responsibilities

Skillfully handle heavy incoming phone and online inquiries

High outbound phone work expectations for prospective clients

Record customer information and feedback in our specialized software system

Coordinate appointments and follow up with customers who missed appointments

Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings

Always uphold strict confidentiality

Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions, whether on the phone or online

Qualifications

2 years of Dealership experience required

Heavy call volume experience of outbound and inbound

Essential multitasking and stress management skills

A high sense of urgency and a commitment to making sound decisions

Effective time management to meet and exceed company metrics and goals

Self-motivated and independent, not discouraged by receiving no’s on the phone

Highly Rated Dealership- Receiving dealer rater awards, 800 reputation awards, and best places to work awards

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at our Dallas office

Competitive base of $54,000 plus uncapped commission earnings that average $30,000-$50,000
