Division Order Analyst

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Changes of ownership based on interpretation of agreements, division order title opinions, assignments, deeds and other documents of conveyance
Verify acreage and legal descriptions
Oral/written communication with owners
Determine title curative needed to implement ownership changes
Analyze and interpret title curative, estate and trust documents
Resolve complex/difficult ownership change issues
Research and resolve owner inquiries
Share expertise and assist other techs to analyze title issues
Research and Special projects as assigned
Working knowledge of various states
The qualified candidate must possess the following skills/experience:
Knowledge of Joint Operating Agreements, State probate and descent and distribution laws
Proficient in math (e.g. fractional and decimal calculations)
Proficient in MS Word for Windows
Working knowledge of Excel
