Marketing Coordinator
career opportunity. This position is full-time 40 hours and on-site in West Reno, not remote nor hybrid. Reporting directly to the President of the company and supporting the Director of Marketing-Americas.
This role is primarily dedicated to the reseller channel. Responsible for coordinating marketing activities, managing reseller communication, and assisting in campaign execution.
This role ensures partners have the resources and information needed to successfully promote and sell the company products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Support reseller partners with adequate levels of marketing materials, product information, pricing sheets, and updates.
Assist with onboarding new partners
Manage and track market development funding requests, claims, and proof-of-performance documentation.
Coordinate channel events, national sales meetings, co‑operative marketing campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities.
Assist in creating and executing email campaigns and product promotions.
Project manages PIM updates to partner ecommerce site.
Support administrative tasks for reseller field regional managers.
Qualifications
Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
2+ years of experience in marketing or channel support roles.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
