How You’ll Make a Difference As a Sales & Design Specialist, you’ll be the trusted guide for customers designing and investing in warehouse storage solutions that truly work. You’ll build lasting relationships, bring ideas to life, and help operations run better long after the sale is complete. Your work directly impacts our customers’ success—and the reputation we’ve earned through honesty and follow-through.
What You’ll Do
Design, quote, and sell new and used storage equipment solutions, owning opportunities from first conversation to close
Build and grow strong customer relationships while expanding existing accounts and winning new ones
Partner with internal teams to coordinate delivery, installation, and execution—making sure every project finishes strong
Prospect with purpose, forecast responsibly, and consistently meet or exceed revenue and profitability goals
What You’ll Bring
Experience selling complex solutions, ideally in warehouse, material handling, or industrial environments
A solid understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain fundamentals
Strong communication skills, financial mindset, and comfort managing multiple opportunities at once
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, plus a willingness to keep learning and improving
