What You’ll Do Support inbound calls and walk-in customers with equipment rentals, parts, quotes, and general inquiries Prepare accurate rental quotes and invoices, and help resolve billing, credit, or past-due questions Coordinate daily equipment pickups and returns while communicating availability and expectations clearly Partner closely with Outside Sales and branch teams to support customer needs, inventory, and order fulfillment
