Continuous if date is blank.Note: Applications will be accepted until 11:59 PM on the day prior to the posting end date above.**Estimated Appointment End Date (Continuous if Blank)****Full/Part-Time**Full time**Job Type**Regular**Compensation****Job Description****Title:** Analyst**Unit:** Pharmacy Benefit Managers**Salary Range:** Commensurate with experience and qualifications**FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt**Location:** Oklahoma City, OK**Time:** Full-time**Position Summary**:The PBM Compliance & Enforcement Unit ensures that Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) comply with the Patient’s Right to Pharmacy Choice Act, Pharmacy Audit Integrity Act, and other related Oklahoma statutes and regulations.**Essential Functions:*** Communicating and collaborating with PBM agents and attorneys on case investigations* Analyzing the affairs of Pharmacy Benefits Managers* Organizing and mining data in an effective and secure manner* Preparing reports and other presentation materials for administrative hearings* Assist in the research and development of new investigations.* Other duties as assigned**Minimum Qualifications**:A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Finance OR Specialized training/certification OR equivalent work experience is required.All applicants must agree in writing to complete, and satisfactorily pass, a background investigation.
