Position Summary The PBM Compliance & Enforcement Unit ensures that Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs) comply with the Patient’s Right to Pharmacy Choice Act, Pharmacy Audit Integrity Act, and other related Oklahoma statutes and regulations.

Essential Functions

Communicating and collaborating with PBM agents and attorneys on case investigations

Analyzing the affairs of Pharmacy Benefits Managers

Organizing and mining data in an effective and secure manner

Preparing reports and other presentation materials for administrative hearings

Assist in the research and development of new investigations.

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, Finance OR Specialized training/certification OR equivalent work experience is required.
