Commercial Lines Client Service Manager
The Commercial Lines Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for supporting all facets of client service, including account maintenance, servicing activities, and communication with carriers and clients. This role involves owning various administrative and technical responsibilities within the agency's management system (Epic), ensuring a high level of accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction throughout the policy lifecycle. Work Performed: Support the servicing of commercial lines business, including data management, documentation, policy changes, audits, premium comparisons, billing and day-to-day servicing Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, carriers and internal team members Coordinate and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, insurance summaries, proposals and certificates Handle client billing including invoicing, reconciling account discrepancies and tracking outstanding payments Requirements: Excellent communication, customer service and relationship management skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Office, Outlook) Preferred Education & Experience: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required, or must obtain within 30 days of employment) Experience with commercial lines insurance is preferred, but not required Familiarity with agency workflows and management systems (e.g., Applied Epic) is a plus Understanding of agency workflows and procedures Deeply Rooted to Serve Oakbridge Insurance Agency is a new kind of insurance and risk management agency with the mission to transform and elevate the way business is done in our industry.
