Our client, a well-established independent insurance agency, is seeking a
Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)
to join their team. This role supports the commercial lines department through a combination of client service, policy administration, and collaboration with producers and carrier partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day customer service to commercial lines clients
Communicate with insurance carriers regarding coverage questions, policy servicing, and underwriting matters
Quote new commercial lines business across multiple carriers
Submit applications for new business based on information provided by producers
Support producers and account teams with policy servicing and documentation
Work collaboratively with other team members in a team-oriented agency environment
Compensation & Incentives Salary plus
Employees earn
10% first-year commission on any new business they write
Additional details are outlined in the agency manual provided upon hire

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
