Responsibilities

Curriculum & Content Development: Design, write, and develop educational materials, including storyboards, scripts, workbooks, and online modules.

Needs Assessment & Analysis: Analyze performance gaps and learner needs to define learning objectives and strategies.

Collaboration & Consultation: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather, structure, and validate content for accuracy.

Technology & Media Integration: Create interactive e-learning, audio/video content, and simulations, including utilizing LMS platforms.

Evaluation & Revision: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and update content based on feedback and assessment results.

Project Management: Manage multiple project timelines, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with two or more years of experience or graduate degree in instructional design or related field

Prior experience in instructional design and able to provide portfolio

Proficiency in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, microlearning, competency-based education).

Strong understanding of learning analytics including predictive analysis, performance pattern identification, and ethical data use.

Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and accessibility standards.

Expertise with leading eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, Lectora, Elucidat).

Experience creating simulations, responsive content, and multimedia-rich learning modules.

Ability to use AI-enhanced authoring tools (e.g., eSkilled AI Course Creator, ActivePresenter AI features).

Proficiency administering LMS platforms (e.g., Brightspace, Canvas, CYPHER Learning).

Ability to create and edit multimedia assets (videos, screen recordings, interactive graphics).

Familiarity with cloud-based collaborative content development environments.

Strong project management skills (e.g. timelines, scoping, and iterative development).

Ability to collaborate with SMEs, multimedia teams, and leadership.

Excellent written communication for instructional materials, scripts, and assessments.
