Role Description This is a commission-based Roofing Sales role based in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves engaging prospective clients, assessing roofing needs, providing tailored roofing solutions, generating estimates, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Roofing Sales professional will collaborate with the roofing team to coordinate work schedules and ensure a seamless process from consultation to project completion.

Qualifications

Experience with Roofs, Waterproofing, and insulation systems

Knowledge of Carpentry and familiarity with construction materials

Comfortable with Working at Height and adhering to safety protocols

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivation with the ability to meet sales goals

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

Experience in roofing or construction sales is required

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in construction or roofing are a plus
