What You’ll Do
Master and execute our proven, results-driven sales system
Drive new revenue by presenting solutions to local businesses and decision-makers
Build a self-sustaining referral network that continues to pay you long-term
Construct weekly schedule and goals and execute with consistency
Maintain relationships with existing business partners and customers to ensure top-notch customer service
Take ownership of your territory and your outcomes
Participation in regular communication with peers and leaders
What It Takes to be Successful
Background in sales, customer service or relatable skillset
Bachelors Degree (or within 3m graduation) or 5-7 yrs professional experience
Willingness to accept coaching
Strong self-management and time-ownership skills
Ability to establish trust and credibility quickly
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Reliable transportation
Willingness to obtain a Health and Accident Insurance License
