You’ll inherit a real book of business, work directly with decision-makers, and play a key role in shaping how the business grows.
What You’ll Do
Own and grow key customer accounts through strategic account planning and deeper market penetration
Build trusted relationships with customer leaders, partners, and internal teams
Serve as the voice of the customer and influence product and solution development
Drive revenue through consultative selling and technical problem-solving
Manage forecasts, KPIs, and sales targets with strong execution
Partner with R&D, marketing, and operations to bring solutions to market
Represent the business at industry events and customer meetings
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of B2B technical sales or key account management experience
Experience selling engineered or technical products into manufacturers
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working with technical documentation and tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, FMEA)
Self-driven, organized, and collaborative
