Description The Kroger Sales Support Analyst is a multi‑faced team player role with a wide range of responsibilities for our Kroger office. The core responsibilities of this role consist of leading the creation, execution, and follow‑up of all sales administration tasks for our clients at Kroger. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of IMFs, TradePoint contracts, deduction management, and all related promotional forms.
Our approach to client service is grounded in our values. To deliver exceptional excellence for our clients with Kroger, we do require that this role is based in Cincinnati, OH. If you are applying but do not currently reside in this area, please note that Harvest Group does not cover relocation.
Requirements
Ability to process large amounts of information while managing moving deadlines
Detail‑oriented with an ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to create and operate within systems, processes, and structure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Ability to proactively and creatively problem solve
Proven ownership mindset
Strong desire to contribute to the Harvest Group culture
Preferred
3-5 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry working with Kroger
Experience successfully managing the administrative elements of a CPG business at a large retailer
Prior experience in the operation of a large/growing office and the necessary administrative needs
