Lead product design initiatives from ideation through commercialization across seasonal and core product categories. Own creative direction and execution across multiple projects and clients, ensuring alignment with retailer standards, brand vision, and business goals. Provide design leadership across internal designers and external partners, ensuring consistency, quality, and on-time delivery. Develop product design concepts, renderings, packaging, and sample file execution. Research trends, materials, trims, and finishes to drive innovation and differentiation within product lines. Review and refine design concepts, sketches, samples, and final outputs to maintain high creative standards. Manage timelines, priorities, and workflows across concurrent projects, proactively addressing risks and constraints. Collaborate cross-functionally across time zones to ensure clear communication, alignment, and execution. Present design concepts and product direction confidently to internal stakeholders and retail partners. Contribute to continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and standards within the product design function. Requirements
3-6+ years of experience in product design, preferably within seasonal décor, home, or consumer products. Proven experience leading design work across multiple projects, clients, or product lines. High attention to detail and a clear understanding of product design specifications needed for our supplier partners to bring design concepts to life. Expert knowledge of textile and surface design, materials, and production considerations. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD tools, and Microsoft Office. Ability to balance creative excellence with commercial and operational realities. Artistic, creative, with the ability to develop new design concepts, icons, labels, and packaging utilizing conventional and digital files. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interfacing with major retailers. Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and opportunities. Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Illustration, or a related field. Experience working with overseas development or production partners. What We Offer

The national hiring range for this position is $90,000-$105,000/annually. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in our bonus program.
