Dana Distributors is hiring a Sales Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee sales team execution, support merchandising efforts, and ensure strong product performance across a designated territory. This leadership role supports the sales team in meeting targets, executing promotions, and developing retail partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and train sales representatives and merchandisers.
Substitute for sales team members during vacation or sick leave.
Complete 20 ride‑withs and 1 team sell per month as required by Anheuser‑Busch.
Monitor sales performance, pricing accuracy, product freshness, and returns.
Assist with on‑premise promotions and maintain product displays.
Lead weekly sales team meetings and communicate incentive updates.
Utilize the Retailer Portal for account tracking and team support.
Work closely with supplier representatives and complete required training.
Ensure team follows all sales and merchandising processes.
Take responsibility for execution across entire geographic market.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
2–4 years of related sales experience, preferably in beverage distribution.
Valid driver’s license and SLA permit required.
Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
Experience with order processing, inventory, internet, and project management software.

Physical Requirements
Regularly required to walk, stand, use hands, climb, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
