About the Role CP Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual for the role of
Division Order Analyst
to maintain accurate lease records, provide division order analysis, and support owner relations. This role works closely with operations and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation, compliance with contractual obligations, and timely responses to owner inquiries.
What You’ll Do
Review and interpret lease agreements and ticket records for first-purchase inquiries
Analyze
division orders
and respond to owner inquiries via phone and email
Process incoming documentation including
division orders, returned checks, and correspondence
Maintain an understanding of contractual obligations associated with individual leases
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies or ownership questions
Support special projects and process improvements as needed
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of relevant industry or accounting experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
Exceptional
organizational and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
