Sales Manager

to oversee the full sales lifecycle of its high-end residential communities. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy, purchaser relations, and cross-department collaboration. The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding purchasers from agreement through closing while ensuring communication remains proactive, transparent, and aligned with the expectations of a sophisticated clientele. Key Responsibilities Luxury Sales Leadership Support the development and execution of sales strategies for luxury pre-construction communities Drive sales absorption targets while maintaining pricing integrity and brand positioning Manage and support on-site sales teams while fostering strong broker relationships Monitor market trends and provide insights on product releases, pricing strategies, and incentives Purchaser Relations & Client Experience Act as the primary point of contact for purchaser inquiries from Agreement of Purchase and Sale through closing Provide proactive and transparent updates regarding project milestones, timelines, and next steps Address escalated purchaser concerns with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-focused approach Ensure the overall purchaser experience reflects the high standards expected within the luxury market Construction Liaison & Project Communication Work closely with the Construction team to stay informed on build progress, specifications, upgrades, site conditions, and schedules Participate in regular internal meetings to understand construction timelines and potential impacts on occupancy or closing dates Coordinate with Construction to identify extension requirements and align on communication strategies prior to purchaser notification Translate technical construction updates into clear, concise communication for purchasers and prospective buyers Provide structured feedback from purchasers to internal teams to support product improvement and customer satisfaction Tarion & Regulatory Compliance Manage Tarion-related matters, including firm occupancy dates and closing extensions Prepare and issue extension notices in compliance with Tarion regulatory requirements Coordinate with Legal, Construction, and Customer Care to ensure accuracy and proper documentation Maintain organized records and compliance tracking Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure agreements, amendments, and disclosures are administered accurately Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and executive-level sales updates Qualifications

5 years of experience in luxury pre-construction home sales Demonstrated success selling higher-end residential product within the GTA market Strong working knowledge of Tarion regulations, occupancy processes, and extension protocols Experience collaborating closely with Construction and Development teams Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, particularly with high-net-worth clients Strong organizational, documentation, and administrative skills Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is considered a strong asset What Sets You Up for Success
