What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with sales representatives to qualify opportunities and uncover customer pain points in corporate travel and hospitality operations
Lead product demonstrations and technical workshops, showcasing features like API integrations and AI-driven recommendations
Customize solution architectures to fit prospect environments and respond to RFPs/RFIs
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions evolve with industry needs
Support post-sale handoff to implementation teams and assist with onboarding or upsell discussions
What is Required (Qualifications)
3–7+ years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology sales
Proven background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industries
Strong technical aptitude with experience in APIs, cloud architecture, and travel-specific protocols
Excellent presentation and communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or equivalent practical experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with travel industry standards and technologies (GDS, NDC, XML APIs)
Experience with AI/ML applications in travel
Track record of supporting six- and seven-figure deals in SaaS or tech-enabled services
Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) for global client engagement
