Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs. Oversee the entire procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Lead sales and operations planning (S&OP) to align demand forecasts with production capabilities. Manage inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and material flow within the manufacturing facility. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to materials management and implement corrective actions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness. Recommended Qualifications
5-7+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Expertise in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory control, planning, and master data management. Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels, improving supplier performance, and implementing demand forecasting strategies. Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and Just-In-Time (JIT) methodologies. Bonus Qualifications
