Sales Executive

to join our growing team and play a key role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base. In this role, you’ll combine strong communication skills with a proactive sales mindset to uncover new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and exceed sales targets. You’ll be actively involved in inside sales and outbound calling while representing our brand with confidence and professionalism. Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage prospective clients through warm and outbound calls to generate leads and close new business. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely solutions. Confidently present product features and benefits, using technical sales knowledge to match solutions to client needs. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure mutually beneficial and profitable deals. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Collaborate closely with the business development team to align sales strategies with market trends and customer insights. Track performance by preparing sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates against established targets. Support and participate in telemarketing campaigns to effectively promote products and services. Qualifications

Proven experience in inside sales, technical sales, or business development is preferred. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the confidence to influence key decision-makers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A customer-first mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outbound calling strategies is an advantage. Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
