A growing telecom infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a
high-energy, early-career sales professional
to join its telecom infrastructure sales team in Denver.
This role is designed for someone who wants to learn how major telecom networks operate while building strong outbound sales skills.
You will work closely with experienced telecom sellers while developing your own pipeline and opportunities.
What You’ll Be Selling This organization helps network operators expand infrastructure capacity through:
Carrier-grade network hardware
Repurpose + reuse telecom hardware solutions
Customers include
Cable companies and MSOs
Broadband providers
Your Role You will focus on pipeline development and opportunity discovery across telecom infrastructure buyers.
Responsibilities include:
High-volume outbound prospecting
Identifying and qualifying telecom infrastructure opportunitiesEngaging network engineering and planning teams
Supporting senior sellers on larger carrier accounts
Managing smaller deal cycles independently
Rapidly building technical literacy in telecom infrastructure
What Success Looks Like This role is designed for someone with
relentless work ethic and outbound discipline .
Typical expectations include:
60+ outbound calls per week
Up to 12 in-person meetings per week with telecom buyers
Continuous prospecting within target telecom accounts
Requirements & Ideal Background Strong candidates may have experience in:
Early-stage B2B sales
Telecom hardware environments
OEM or distributor ecosystems
Exposure to companies such as
Cisco, Ciena, Nokia, Juniper, or similar telecom vendors
is helpful but not required.

Base salary: approximately
$40,000
Uncapped commission based on gross profit
