Director of Finance – High‑Growth Omni‑Channel CPG Brand
Minimal Hybrid, less than 1x per week We are partnering with a rapidly scaling, profitable consumer brand with national retail distribution (Costco, Walmart, Target, Kroger) and a significant DTC presence via Shopify and TikTok Shop. This is a high‑impact Director of Finance role reporting directly to the CFO. The business is growing quickly. Infrastructure is still evolving. We need a finance athlete who can own channel profitability and build systems at the same time. What You’ll Own
Retail customer P&Ls (gross-to-net, trade spend, promotional ROI) DTC unit economics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, marketplace fees) Budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning Margin expansion and working capital visibility Building scalable reporting and finance infrastructure You will partner directly with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and have exposure to strategic initiatives including potential M&A. What We’re Looking For
8+ years in high‑growth CPG/consumer brands Experience with major retail accounts and DTC performance marketing economics Strong commercial instincts, not just accounting Comfortable in fast, messy, high‑growth environments Builder mindset with executive presence
