Through our global solution TiCom, we orchestrate the digital transformation of our clients across their entire value chain, from procurement to production, logistics, and marketing. In the context of our strategic expansion in the France, Switzerland, and Benelux region, we are looking for an expert consultant capable of combining in-depth knowledge of the wood industry with rigorous mastery of IT project management. We offer an integration journey designed for your success, including: An onboarding period of excellence: You benefit from an intensive and paid integration period of 3 to 6 months at our headquarters in Eutin (Germany), to become an expert in our solutions. Flexibility and autonomy of work: After this phase, you work mainly in full-time remote work (Home Office) with autonomous management of your schedule. Field presence: You ensure regular visits (site immersion, framing phases, and deployments) to our industrial clients in the Francophone zone for the implementation of our ERP solutions. Your missions As a Business Consultant, you are the architect of the deployment of the ERP TiCom. Primary contact between our clients and our structure, you ensure the success of projects from start to finish with a sense of rigor, real expertise, and a methodology of approach. This involves: 1. Audit, advice, and optimization of processes Conducting autonomous diagnostic workshops to model existing flows. Advising clients on the optimization of their operational chain with our software solutions, from production planning, inventory management, logistics, procurement, and supply chain management. Designing target processes and defining the most efficient digitalization trajectory. 2. Deployment and continuous configuration Piloting the implementation autonomously (management of planning, resources, and critical milestones). Supervising functional configuration and coordinating internal technical experts to meet business-specific needs. Orchestrating testing phases, commissioning, user training, and ensuring post-launch stabilization. 3. Strategic partnership and Industry 4.0 Establishing long-term client relationships as a trusted functional reference. Accompanying your clients towards Industry 4.0 standards through the flexibility of our solutions. Your profile Mandatory criteria (Required qualities indispensable for the position): Expertise in wood: You have concrete experience in the wood industry (sawmill, 2nd transformation, trade) or in an industrial environment with complex flows related to the wood environment (transformation, production planning). ERP experience (5 years min.): You have already piloted or actively participated in the implementation of complex information systems in an industrial B2B environment. Analytical capacity: You know how to transform complex business issues into structured and operational solutions. Language level: French (working language); mastery of German and/or English (C1 level minimum) is indispensable for internal collaboration and during the training phase. Any other language skills (such as Spanish, Italian, Swedish) would be a plus. Mobility: Driving license B required for regular travel to the France, Switzerland, and Benelux zone. Complementary assets: Mastery of project management methodologies (Agile or V-cycle). Understanding of the fundamentals inherent to the wood industry. Intercultural ease for internal/external communication.
